The Franklin-Simpson Color Guard
FSCG
Color guard is a performance art that involves spinning flags and equipment, dancing, movement, and marching drill within the FS Wildcat Marching Band to create a show. That show is performed at home football games during half-time and on the weekends at marching band competitions during the Fall. The guard also marches in parades and participates in all band activities. Membership in FS Bands' Color Guard is rewarding, challenging, and FUN! Fall guard takes place outdoors in the summer and Fall months. During the Winter, we also have a Winterguard program that rehearses indoors and travels on the weekends for competitions within the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit (SCGC).
